1. What We Do

Tempo Tuition arranges music lessons for you. We find you a tutor we have checked and approved, including a DBS check, arrange your lessons and take payment for them. When you book lessons, your agreement is with Tempo Tuition.

2. Booking and Paying

Lessons are booked and paid for in advance in the Tempo portal. Our booking terms cover prices, paying, cancelling, refunds and your right to change your mind within 14 days. They apply to every booking.

3. Enquiries

Making an enquiry is free, and there is no obligation to book lessons afterwards. We use your details to call you back and to arrange a suitable tutor, who will see the details they need to teach you.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking. This helps us find the most suitable tutor for you.

5. If Something Goes Wrong

We will provide our service with reasonable care and skill. If you are unhappy with a lesson or a tutor, tell us and we will try to put it right — for example by rearranging the lesson, giving you credit or a refund, or finding you a different tutor. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and our privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
